A beautiful, richly-adorned Saint Nicholas costume.
This set includes the following:
Cope (cloak) deep maroon, soft velvet-like material. It has a lining and a short cape sewn on to cover the shoulders. The cope is also trimmed with gold tassels and decorative trim.
Stole, 4" wide, made of the same material as the cope. A band worn across the chest ensures that it won’t slip off the wearer’s neck.
Alb, a long white tunic. The same trim that decorates the cope decorates this alb as well. Lace fringes the sleeves plus 25" of it wraps around the bottom end. A cincture (like a rope) is included for tying the alb at the waist.
Miter, the bishop’s hat. Made of the same material as the cope, the miter is trimmed with gold-colored thread. The miter has two 14" bands decorated with gold tassels, hanging loosely from the back.
